Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara has been an Romanian/German film and television actress for over a decade. Alexandra is well-known for her parts as a character in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Born the only child to Romanian actress Valentin Platareu. Alexandra started her career in show business from a young age. By the time she reached the age of 16years old, Alexandra was able to land the leading roles in numerous shows on television. The Oscar-nominated film Downfall, her role as the Secretary Traudljunge of Adolf Hitler was also critically acclaimed. The Reader as well as Der Baader Meinhof Komplex were also nominated for Oscars. Alexandra worked on several important international and national projects over the years. They include British biographical films like Control and The Dust of Time as in addition to the French historic miniseries Napoleon. She has also been an adjudicator at the Transylvania International Film Festival as in The Cannes Film Festival.
